The Lunar Lowdown – a few notes
While not a transcript of our current video by any means,
I’ve included the notes below if you’d prefer to read or for referencing the information later!
Actual Time of Celestial Event: Thursday October 19th, 2017 @ 1:11 pm MDT
Sun’s position: 2 degrees Libra (The Scales)
Moon’s position: 2 degrees Libra (The Scales)
As I enter into the information for this Moon cycle, the fact that Uranus has entered Aries catches my notice and it concerns me from a human perspective: it could be a time of great spontaneity, innovation and change – new beginnings. But it could also bring the Tower combined with fiery Aries who can be impulsive, a quick starter, spitting things out of the void.
This Moon definitely marks a shift in the year. We have crossed into Libra which is in itself the first partner of the zodiac. And we are soundly opposite Aries, forcefully present with Uranus there. So I think the question becomes, how do we harness this spontaneous new beginning, this fresh start that begins in the end of October? What is our offering to the world to others?
The Stars speak, “our love and devotion and partnership with humanity is deep, is perfect. It is through your connection to US that you rise and are not trapped by your material body when you die.” They hand to me a platter overflowing with their devotion and an expectation of connection! Reach out this Moon cycle to make a new connection of divinity. Participate in this marriage that you entered into many many lifetimes ago!
This New Moon in Libra is a Moon of soul connections, of shoring up the partnerships that we have with beings in adjacent realms of which we are not yet aware or we do not yet have the tools for connection. Get in touch with your Guardian Angel, at the very least; follow along the short meditation in the video!
Heartening and inspiring. I was feeling burdened- unnecessarily. Now I feel light and diffused – like the scent of a rose, reaching out to the stars. The skies were heavy today – like a grey ceiling pressing down – but one has to stretch beyond its canopy to the miraculous star beings. Thank you for the wonderful reminder Sally.
