The Lunar Lowdown – a few notes

While not a transcript of our current video by any means,
I’ve included the notes below if you’d prefer to read or for referencing the information later!

Actual Time of Celestial Event: Friday August 30th, 2019 @ 4:36 am MDT
Sun’s position:           12 degrees Leo (The Lion)
Moon’s position:        12 degrees Leo (The Lion)
Bonus Stuff:                Sun & Moon are conjunct Mars @ 13d Leo 
                                     also Mercury 7d Leo, Venus 16d Leo! Stacked!

The Sun and the Moon are together at 12° of Leo, conjunct Mars at 13° Leo. Mercury is at 7°of Leo and Venus at 16° of Leo. A stacked house in the Lion!  This New Moon feels electric with the addition of Mars woven so closely together.

Leo is a constellation of the exalted masculine: the strong, bright, brave being who sacrifices his own comfort and safety for the benefit of the refined and gentle things in life, for the innocent, for the weak.

Is this a Moon in which we see great acts of social justice?
Is this a cycle in which you discover what you must stand up for?
This Moon, Moon Sun and Mars sit in the belly of the lion. What are you hungry for?

Visually I dance out to the stars and back down again seeking… seeking the vision for this Moon. And they show me the image of the Lion as great big cat… feline. And how, like a cat, we may act suddenly in this cycle and then not at all. We are asked to be ready for the moment(s) of action. Rather than sustained energy, this cycle requires we are awake to the moments that our personal superpowers are of use and then we move like lightning.

And then we go back to napping like my cat.
