Beauty for Beauty’s Sake ~ March 9th Full Moon
The Lunar Lowdown – a few notes
While not a transcript of our current video by any means,
I’ve included the notes below if you’d prefer to read or for referencing the information later!
Actual Time of Celestial Event: Monday March 9th, 2020 @ 11:48 am MDT
Sun’s position: 25 degrees Aquarius (The WaterHuman)
Moon’s position: 25 degrees Leo (The Lion)
This moon is the personal brought to the collective without confusing or muddling the two. Like pointillism or mosaics – within which the piece, each point of light maintains their individuality/ coherence / and does not seek to overwhelm the consensual reality with their single color, or form.
When I connected to the sphere of stars that encase our planet I saw the swirling and changed weather patterns. The dips and troughs, from warm to cold and back and forth, as Mercury ceases its retrograde, and we slide into Equinox – a global three days as a unified community in equal light and shadow.
This moon the Sun conjuncts Neptune ~ helping reveal what else there is, outside mundane perception. Near by Saturn in Capricorn helping ground these expanded perceptions. We can use this astrological “weather” to see ourselves in fresh ways, to dream outside of our normal box as …
…this Moon asks you: What illusions stop you from making a difference in the world around you? What shrouds cover your light, tangle your limbs and limit your creative expression? How many people or plants or animals do you have to [be sure of saving] save for your actions to be worthwhile?
in essence: what next step is yours to take in your path as agent of the universe? [this place, your place…]
and right after this I heard:
Beauty for beauty’s sake, art for art’s sake.
We each are a vessel of unique purpose and expression. How will you strengthen your capacity to not get in the way of that?
In the northern hemisphere, align with the forces of nature that rise now to touch the sky, the forces that burst forth into beginnings with great brightness, great hope – even while fundamentally not knowing where it will go.
In the southern hemisphere, align with the forces of nature that are cresting at their peak, bursting with ripe fruit and bending towards the next mystery of harvest (aka death) to feed others. Essentially also a mystery, uncontrolled.
Beauty for beauty’s sake. art for art’s sake.
what illusions wrap around your creative expression?
dream past those boundaries into your mystery!
aho!
Thank you beautiful Sally! Beauty for beauty’s sake!!!
Thank YOU beautiful Cynthia! Spring is on its way…
Ahhhhh Sally…
We Love You..
Purrrrrr Gratitude for YOU!
Beauty for beauty’s sake….truly what we need to remember at this time. The world thirsts for it!
Thank you, dear Sally!
It is everywhere but sometimes so hard to SEE! Nature helps me SO much; I’m trying to drink my fill and revive from winter’s deep dive. So grateful for the opportunity to tell story about {and from} the Stars!
Made me start singing “Our love is a ship in the ocean; Don’t rock the boat baby – dont tip the boat over!” I especially LOVE the crocus’ here Sally – hmm hmmm!
Lovely! So delighted to have inspired some mo’ BEAUTY & ART! Sing on, sing on!
Thank you, Sally!
We really appreciated you advising for the Southern Hemisphere!! We’re listening too! – and it’s helpful to hear your perspective on the season for us.
Gratitude and blessings.

We are ALL in this boat together, Vikki! And during Equinox times, our experiences of light and shadow match ~ a wonderful time to deepen an awareness of that connection! Thanks so much for listening in to the Lunar Lowdown!
You couldn’t let it go because why would you?
Thank you for the journey into Spring…. I usually equated it to Sprint… All the rushing about…
But somehow this time through you sitting there letting the wind caress you under that blue sky… I didn’t feel rushed… 🌻☀️
Yay! Take a breath, open to sky, allow the forces of nature that arise to lift you with them… enjoy!
It seems in the tangled web that we are experiencing of fear and the unknown, that nature takes us back to the bigger picture. It takes me back to what’s important and what I experience in my day to day life. It is crisp, clear and beautiful. I am starting seeds for my garden. Beauty for beauty’s sake, why else? Thanks, Sally.
