This was very helpful. All day I was meditating on trying to find the connection between Grey’s ship and the Northern Wintery quarter. The last as the world axis and its connection to Earth and under world was spot on. Keep in with the meditation format.

This moved me to tears. A very hard day today at work and I came home wondering how I can keep going. It helps to know we are all weathering a stormy world just now. I came home to a study group for a practice near and dear to me, my identity, my values. So I’ll lash myself to the mast of groups and practices outside work that matter and keep me (somewhat) sane.
